Siva kraut is an indian style sauerkraut made with cabbage, fennel, fenugreek, cardamom, paprika, coriander, turmeric, mustard seed, ginger, and sea salt. Great with rice, quinoa, stirfries. This turmeric-ginger based ferment helps with inflammation. Fermented for a minimum of 3 weeks in traditional german crocks and never pasteurized. Sauerkraut is a highly probiotic food, and is best used to accompany meals to aid in digestion.
